ABOUT ALISON
A lifelong search for truth has led me here. I am continually surprised by the sublime found in the ordinary, by what is still unknown, by the mystery and magic everywhere. I completed degrees in Education (B.Ed., Memorial University of Newfoundland), and Human Development (M.Sc., Ph.D., University of Guelph) and enjoyed my work in university, community and business settings as a researcher and teacher.
Curiosity about the invisible dimensions led me to the field of energy medicine. I found ancient knowledge and powerful tools that complement – and surpass – our best modern approaches to health and healing. In 2002 I opened a private practice for therapeutic work with children and families. I began studies with the Lightbody School of Energy Medicine in 2004. Dr. Alberto Villoldo’s teachings masterfully blend western psychology with the ancient wisdom of Peruvian shamanism.
I bring all of who I am and have learned to my role as teacher and facilitator of healing. I look forward to meeting you and guiding your awakening and healing journey.
