ONE on ONE

Individual sessions offer the opportunity for transformative change in a safe, sacred space. Whether you are seeking relief from an ongoing issue in your life, experiencing a crisis or simply ready to explore an alternative path to wholeness, we begin where you are and take the next step on your healing journey.  We will explore the causes of disharmony so all aspects of your being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) can be brought back into balance. 

I offer a variety of healing modalities including trauma treatment techniques such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and energy medicine techniques for clearing and rebalancing your luminous energy field.  I am trained in energy clearing, soul and destiny retrieval, and transition rites that are core practices in the Peruvian shamanic healing tradition.  These processes clear and remove the energetic imprints causing disease or imbalance and work with the forces of creation to restore your peace, wholeness and power.   

My approach is gentle, respectful and empowering.  And no matter what your age, our work may include loving and playful explorations with sandtrays, stories and ceremonies.  Homework is often an important part of the healing process that supports you in mapping a new destiny path.
