The Sopia Spiral is a weekly contemplative circle weaving the Aeon Sophia’s descent and return with the Aeon Christos principle as inner revealer. It is a closed, contemplative, dream-centered journey that weaves ancient Gnostic wisdom with modern dreamwork, somatic awareness, and lived spiritual integration. Moving through Winter, Spring, and Fall, participants enter a shared field of inquiry where descent is honored, revelation is paced, and wisdom is embodied rather than bypassed.

What Is the Sophia Spiral?
It is not a class.

It is a living contemplate practice — a modern dream temple grounded in ancient Gnostic insight as embodied experience. Sophia’s journey is a map for awakening spiritual consciousness—one that unfolds through seasons, dreams, silence, and shared reflection.
The Back Story
The Nag Hammadi scrolls tell the ancient cosmic story of a Celestial Creator Being (Aeon) named Sophia, an emanation of the Godhead, who in her passion for the human she had helped dream — in an unprecedented event steeped in great mystery — fell from the fullness of the Heavens and became embodied as the living Earth.

This story is the most suppressed of any creation myth ever told, and is at the core of mystery school traditions. In our weekly Circle, we will dive deep into the journey of Sophia as Divine Feminine wisdom entering experience. The unintended consequences of Sophia’s actions is the generation of a flawed being who introduces ignorance and imbalance into the cosmos.

We will explore the other key part of the story, Sophia’s cry for help and the intervention of a Divine Masculine Aeon. This emanation of the Godhead is named Christos by later Gnostics. He is the divine capacity to recognize truth and remember one’s origins, and his presence begins the restoration and renewal of the world.
Together, the journey forms a spiral:
Descent → Discernment → Integration → Renewal
Sophia is the cosmic dreamer, whose dream becomes the world.
Sophia infused the divine spark into all her children. As the soul of Nature, she is always communicating — through dreams, symbols, images, and the quiet language of presence. Consciously or not, we are already participating in the unfolding of her story.
Our individual and collective awakening is not separate from her destiny — it is its fulfillment. As we remember our divine origins and capacities, we become conscious participants in the restoration of Divine Light and Wisdom, the spiritualizing of matter, creating Heaven on Earth.

My work is rooted in the Gnostic understanding that awakening is not achieved through mastery, but through remembering together. Over years of listening to dreams, symbols, and the subtle language of the psyche and from Nature, I’ve learned that wisdom emerges most clearly when no one voice dominates the knowing.
